For individual reservations, the following applies:      

• Please email renee@esdaerospacetraining.org

• No Refunds for Virtual Training Courses due to small class size. 

• Substitutions are allowed for Virtual Training Courses. Please notify by email  2 weeks before course. 

• For pandemics or any type of  Industry Shutdowns or natural disasters that  occur before start of class, no refunds will be issued. 

• As an alternative, RMV will reschedule the course to accommodate the participants not  more than 1 year later. 

• Cancellations received within eight weeks or less of course start date will forfeit full tuition for Onsite Training.

• Cancellation requests due to illness or accident prior to start date can be transferred to a later date when the next course is available. 

• All session transfer requests must be received no later than two weeks prior to scheduled start date.

• Reservations made less than eight weeks prior to start date may request transfer to a later course.

• Cancellations due to personal reasons or retirement will not receive a refund.

• Students who leave  during  training  WILL NOT receive a refund.

• We reserve the right to cancel a course if participation numbers are not at the required minimum..

• Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your refund for Onsite Training only.
