The number of attendees was up by almost 30% this year due to the increased emphasis upon Aerospace Quality for the Agency.

Another very interesting talk on the future of AeroSpace Quality was presented by Luke Spencer, Johns Hopkins University - "What Does the Future Hold?"
A excellent talk "Six Sigma Launches into Space" for future NASA launches was presented by Janet Sanders, PhD, East Carolina University.
"Alternate Materials for Micro Shutter Assembly Mechanism Rollers" was presented by Iqbal Shareef Bradley University.
Dr. Mesut Akdere, Associate Professor, Purdue University, presented on "Exploring Mixed Reality for Developing Intercultural Team Skills: Implications for Space Exploration."
